About Hannah Lee
Ms. Lee was born in South Korea and earned both her undergraduate and graduate nursing degrees from Valdosta State University. She began practicing as a nurse practitioner in 2018, gaining experience in primary care before joining Georgia Nephrology.
In primary care, she developed a deep passion for chronic condition management. She realized that helping patients navigate long-term health challenges required a comprehensive, proactive approach, which ultimately led her to specialize in kidney care. She finds great joy in partnering closely with patients to help them understand their conditions, slow disease progression, and improve their overall quality of life.
Outside of the clinic, Ms. Lee spends most of her free time with family and friends. She loves staying active and can often be found hiking, biking, or enjoying a peaceful walk in nature.
