About Dr. Elmore

Dr. Kathryn Elmore grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. She completed her undergraduate degree at Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana and obtained her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. She returned back to New Orleans to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Ochsner Clinic Foundation and Nephrology Fellowship at Louisiana State University.

Dr. Elmore has been with Georgia Nephrology since 2005. She proudly serves the Lithonia and Conyers areas.

In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
