Talita Chacko, FNP-C

Personal Information

Ms. Talita Chacko has a deep passion for making a difference in every life she encounters. Her journey in nursing began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from India, followed by a Master's in Nursing Administration. She further specialized as a Family Nurse Practitioner at South University. A certified member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and holding a Georgia RN license, Ms. Chacko is dedicated to providing compassionate care and attentive listening to her patients.

Born in India, Ms. Chacko moved to the United States in 2006. She cherishes spending time with her loving family, including her husband, two wonderful children, and their beloved dog. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, listening to music, and traveling and going on mission trips. In her pursuit of excellence in nephrology, Ms. Chacko finds immense joy in patient interactions and believes in the transformative power of education for improving patient outcomes.
